Another Packaged Chemical Dosing Plant Shipped to Northumbrian Water

Last week saw another caustic dosing kiosk leave one of Sheers workshops, destined for a Water Treatment Works in Northumberland.

The kiosk measuring in at around 4m(W) x 4m(H) x 11.5m(L) contains tanks, dosing and control equipment required as part of the treatment of drinking water to be produced at a new water treatment works.

The unit is the latest in a series of similar systems designed procured, installed and commissioned by Sheers over recent years.

Sheers first supplied ‘packaged dosing plant’ back in 2009 and have refined the design and build process over this time such that we now have a number of verified and standardised designs to assist our clients in reaching their expenditure targets whilst reaping the safety, environmental and delivery programme benefits associated with minimised ‘on-site’ activity.
